取得國內(nèi)外高水平大學(xué)博士學(xué)位，具有國際高水平大學(xué)助理教授或副教授相當(dāng)學(xué)術(shù)水平；為所從事研究領(lǐng)域的青年拔尖人才，有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人的發(fā)展?jié)摿?，原則上能獨(dú)立發(fā)展一個(gè)符合學(xué)科發(fā)展要求的學(xué)術(shù)方向；自然科學(xué)領(lǐng)域年齡一般在35周歲左右，人文社科領(lǐng)域年齡可適當(dāng)放寬（原則上不超過40周歲）。

四、后續(xù)工作 After Submission
