清華大學(xué)政治學(xué)有著深厚的歷史積淀，在現(xiàn)代中國政治學(xué)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮了重要作用。政治學(xué)系復(fù)建以來，快速發(fā)展，形成了鮮明的學(xué)術(shù)風(fēng)格，得到了學(xué)界的認(rèn)可。為了完備學(xué)科建設(shè)，于2024年度，誠邀有志于中國政治學(xué)發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀學(xué)者加入。

 

一、教研系列崗位：

1. 比較政治學(xué)方向，長(zhǎng)聘教授；

2. 政治理論方向，助理教授；

 

二、教學(xué)系列崗位：

1. 中外政治理論，助理教授

 

三、資格條件：

1. 熱愛教育事業(yè)，遵守教師職業(yè)道德、師德師風(fēng)良好。

2. 具有政治學(xué)等領(lǐng)域博士學(xué)位，且具有較為豐富的研究和教學(xué)經(jīng)歷，教學(xué)效果良好。

3. 具有能反映個(gè)人明確教學(xué)理念、良好課程教學(xué)結(jié)果、創(chuàng)新教學(xué)方法、優(yōu)良課程效果或規(guī)范教學(xué)資料的相關(guān)成果。（如：在期刊或會(huì)議上發(fā)表教學(xué)論文、參與編寫教學(xué)資料、獲院級(jí)（含）以上教學(xué)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、其他相關(guān)資料或證明等。）

1. Positions:

I. Tenure-track positions:

· Comparative Politics, Tenured Professor.

· Political Theory, Assistant Professor.

II. Teaching position:

· Chinese and Foreign Political Theory, Assistant Professor.

 

2. Requirements:

I. Applicants with a great dedication for education and adherence to professional ethics.

II. Applicants holding or nearly completing a doctorate degree in political science or related fields, accompanied by extensive and impactful teaching experience.

III. Applicants with relevant achievements that demonstrate the ability to articulate a clear teaching philosophy, good teaching performance and innovative teaching methods (e.g., publications of papers related to teaching in reputable journals or conferences, active involvement in the development of teaching materials, recognition through teaching awards at the department level or higher, and other pertinent documentation.)
