實驗室簡介：

  彭敏博士目前受聘于清華大學基礎醫(yī)學院、清華-北大生命科學中心和清華大學免疫學研究所，任副教授、研究員、博士生導師。彭敏2005年本科畢業(yè)于四川大學華西醫(yī)學中心臨床醫(yī)學專業(yè)，于2010年在北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學院獲得免疫學博士學位，2010-2017年在紐約紀念斯隆凱特琳癌癥中心(MSCKCC)從事博士后研究, 研究方向為mTORC1調控機制和免疫代謝，相關研究成果以第一作者身份發(fā)表在Cell (2014)、Science (2016)及Nature (2017) 等雜志，并獲得MSKCC 2015年度Postdoctoral Research Award (杰出博士后)榮譽稱號。2017年，彭敏博士入職清華大學開展獨立科研和教學工作，致力于使用高通量功能基因組學技術系統(tǒng)性地探索免疫學基本問題，尤其是記憶免疫記憶的本質和及其調控機制。自實驗室建立以來，彭敏以通訊作者身份在Nature Immunology (2024)、Journal of Experimental Medicine (2023, 2024)、Journal of Clinical Investigations (2021) 及Cell Reports (2019) 等雜志發(fā)表研究成果，曾獲得中組部青年千人稱號(2018)以及“求是”杰出青年學者獎(2019)。

研究方向：

My laboratory is committed to advancing T cell research, with a dual focus on elucidating the foundational biology of T cells and exploring their therapeutic potential in combating diseases. Our primary objective is to unravel the intricate mechanisms governing T cell expansion, contraction, persistence, and memory formation. Leveraging state-of-the-art technologies, we have recently achieved a groundbreaking milestone by inducing a novel state in T cells, termed Immortal-like and Functional (TIF). These reprogrammed TIF cells exhibit remarkable attributes, combining the near-limitless stemness reminiscent of iPSCs with the functional capabilities of mature T cells. This unique phenotype empowers them with unparalleled efficacy against various ailments, including tumors, viral infections, and numerous chronic diseases. Presently, we are deeply engaged in investigating the underlying mechanisms and exploring the clinical applications of TIF. 應聘條件：具有免疫學、分子和細胞生物學相關專業(yè)博士學位，獲得博士學位2年以內；近期以第一作者身份在國際知名學術期刊發(fā)表研究論文，符合清華大學博士后入站標準；具備較好的英語溝通、閱讀和寫作能力。
