一、學(xué)院介紹

南京大學(xué)能源與資源學(xué)院是南京大學(xué)在蘇州校區(qū)重點(diǎn)建設(shè)的學(xué)院之一。學(xué)院依托南京大學(xué)物理學(xué)、地質(zhì)學(xué)、化學(xué)、材料科學(xué)與工程以及礦業(yè)工程等國(guó)家“雙一流”學(xué)科,在固體微結(jié)構(gòu)物理國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、關(guān)鍵地球物質(zhì)循環(huán)前沿科學(xué)中心的平臺(tái)支持下,面向“碳中和”戰(zhàn)略需求,創(chuàng)造并分享宜居地球和人類可持續(xù)發(fā)展所需的基礎(chǔ)理論,致力于發(fā)展能量與物質(zhì)循環(huán)的前沿科學(xué)技術(shù),建立能源和資源管理體系以應(yīng)對(duì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的挑戰(zhàn)。學(xué)院以應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科為支點(diǎn),與全球合作伙伴攜手,共同努力,提供可持續(xù)解決方案,構(gòu)建一個(gè)人與自然和諧共處、永續(xù)發(fā)展的未來(lái)。

 

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)能源與資源學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘能源與資源領(lǐng)域一流領(lǐng)軍人才及青年拔尖創(chuàng)新人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘準(zhǔn)聘助理教授、準(zhǔn)聘副教授若干名;特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。招聘崗位的研究方向包括:

1.      能源轉(zhuǎn)化與存儲(chǔ)

2.      能源催化

3.      節(jié)能材料與技術(shù)

4.      資源綠色開(kāi)發(fā)與利用

5.      關(guān)鍵元素循環(huán)與提取

6.      碳捕獲、封存與利用

7.      機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)能源材料設(shè)計(jì)

8.      先進(jìn)制備與表征技術(shù)

 

三、申請(qǐng)條件

1.  遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律和法規(guī),熱愛(ài)教學(xué)科研事業(yè);

2.  具有良好的師德師風(fēng),恪守學(xué)術(shù)道德,勤勉工作,無(wú)犯罪記錄,無(wú)違反師德師風(fēng)和學(xué)術(shù)道德懲處記錄;

3.  一流的學(xué)術(shù)背景:具有相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位,具有一流教學(xué)科研機(jī)構(gòu)的學(xué)習(xí)、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國(guó)際前沿的研究動(dòng)態(tài)。其中助理教授要求博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究?jī)赡暌陨?;?zhǔn)聘副教授要求博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究四年以上;

4.  出色的教學(xué)能力:應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力,掌握良好的教學(xué)方法,具有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力;

5.  突出的科研成果顯示度與未來(lái)科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度,對(duì)相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點(diǎn),未來(lái)研究計(jì)劃思路清晰,具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

I. The School of Sustainable Energy and Resources

The School of Sustainable Energy and Resources (hereinafter referred to as SSER) of Nanjing University (hereinafter referred to as NJU) is one of the key schools founded on NJU’s Suzhou Campus. The school is established on the strong foundation of NJU’s national “Double First-class” disciplines including Physics, Geology, Chemistry, Materials Science and Engineering, and Mining Engineering. With the support of the National Laboratory of Solid State Microstructures and the Frontier Science Center for Critical Earth Material Cycles, SSER is striving to fulfill the strategic needs of “carbon neutrality” and to innovate and share theoretical foundations for habitable earth and sustainable development. SSER is dedicated to developing cutting-edge sciences and technologies in the cycles of energy and materials and in the meantime, building energy and resources management systems to meet the challenges of sustainable development. SSER endeavors to cooperate with global partners to provide solutions to sustainable development and to build a future where human and nature coexist harmoniously and sustainably. 

 

II. The Positions

SSER plans to recruit young scholars who aspire to have a career in the fields of energy and resources. The application is open to scholars from all over the world. There are vacancies for tenure-track assistant/associate professor this year. Higher positions for particularly outstanding scholars are available and application will be considered individually. Applicants working on the following research fields are encouraged to apply:

1. Energy Conversion and Storage

3. Energy-saving Materials and Technologies

4. Sustainable Exploitation & Utilization of Resources

5. Cycling and Purification of Key Elements

6. Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage

III. Conditions for Application

The applicant should

1.    abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;

2.    abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;

3.    have a first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s); The applicant for Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree. The applicant for Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree.

4.    have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;

5.    demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development.

3.    An introduction to your research achievements and their innovative significance

4.    A plan for research and its prospects

5.    Three reference letters (one from your PhD supervisor and one from your postdoctoral supervisor)
