South China Normal University is an institution of higher education with a long history and a rich legacy. SCNU's main campus is located in Guangzhou, a famous historical and cultural city in China and the core hub city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area . SCNU became a member of “Project 211”, a national project aiming to establish 100 well-acknowledged key universities and colleges in China. 2015 saw the co-construction of SCNU by the Guangdong Provincial Government and Ministry of Education as well as its entry into the Guangdong High-Level University Sponsoring Project.

SCNU was founded in 1933. Over the past 90 years, generations of faculty at South China Normal University have adhered to the original mission of "pursuing profound academic research and cultivating specialized talents for society" since the university's establishment and practising by the university motto of "fosting the spirit of working hard, pursuing studies with ulmost rigor,seeking truth facts with innovation, and being a model of virtue of virtue for others". Rooted in Lingnan area, SCNU have been steadfast in its commitment to nurturing talent, contributing to the cultivation of over 900,000 teachers and professionals for the nation.

SCNU boasts a comprehensive academic system, covering 12 disciplines. 國際商學(xué)院簡介

Introduction of IBC

風(fēng)華正茂,行穩(wěn)致遠(yuǎn)。國際商學(xué)院突出國際化復(fù)合型人才的培養(yǎng)特色,整合中外優(yōu)質(zhì)教學(xué)資源開展課程建設(shè)和專業(yè)建設(shè)。學(xué)院設(shè)金融學(xué)(中外合作辦學(xué))、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)(中外聯(lián)合培養(yǎng))、大數(shù)據(jù)管理與應(yīng)用(中外聯(lián)合培養(yǎng))三個本科專業(yè);設(shè)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、國際商務(wù)兩個研究生專業(yè)。

International Business College emphasizes the cultivation of international and interdisciplinary talents, integrating high-quality teaching resources from both China and abroad to develop curriculum and specialty. IBC offers three undergraduate programs: Finance (Sino-foreign Cooperative Education), Digital Economy and Big Data Management and Application. IBC also provides two master's programs in Digital Economy and International Business.

 

踔厲奮發(fā),廣納賢才。學(xué)院堅持以人為本的辦學(xué)原則,實現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)模式國際化、師生資源國際化、管理隊伍國際化。具有出國留學(xué)、進(jìn)修經(jīng)歷的教師占教師總?cè)藬?shù)的三分之二以上。與英國、美國、澳大利亞、法國等國家20多所高校建立了長期穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系,通過融合中外優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源,提供形式多樣的中外交流項目,給教師學(xué)生提供一個國際文化交融的大平臺。

IBC adheres to a people-oriented educational philosophy, aiming to internationalize its training models, faculty and student resources, and management teams. Over two-thirds of the faculty have had overseas study or training experiences. IBC has established long-term stable partnerships with more than 20 universities in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, France, and other countries. By integrating high-quality educational resources from both China and abroad, it offers a variety of Sino-foreign exchange programs, providing faculty and students with a broad platform for international cultural integration.

 專業(yè)領(lǐng)域為數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、大數(shù)據(jù)管理與應(yīng)用、統(tǒng)計、數(shù)學(xué)、計量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),具有博士學(xué)位或高級職稱,年齡不超過50周歲,教學(xué)科研成果豐富,近五年的教學(xué)和科研水平在學(xué)校相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域教師中位于前列。

The candidates are specialized in digital economy, big data management and application, statistics, mathematics or econometrics, witha doctoral degree or senior profeeional title, under the age of 50. Based on the rich results, their academic level and teaching level are in the forefront of relevant disciplines in the university.

納入事業(yè)編制管理,享受相應(yīng)崗位績效工資,子女可按規(guī)定申請入讀華南師范大學(xué)附屬幼兒園、小學(xué)、中學(xué)。

The position is included in the staffing of public institutions.  Salary and benefits are provided according to the university's policies. The candidate’s children can apply for studying in the affiliated kindergarten, primary school and middle school of SCNU according to relevant regulations.

①獲得數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、大數(shù)據(jù)管理與應(yīng)用、統(tǒng)計、數(shù)學(xué)、計量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域博士學(xué)位;

Gained doctoral degree in in digital economy, big data management and application, statistics, mathematics, econometrics, etc.

 

②以第一作者、通訊作者或字母序作者取得本學(xué)科代表性成果1項或以上。 

Candidates have obtained one or more representative results of the discipline as first author, corresponding author or alphabetical author.

 

薪酬待遇(Rewards)

①具有競爭力的薪酬,年薪30-50萬;

Competitive compensation, annual salary 300,000-500,000 yuan;

 

②另提供住房補(bǔ)貼2.4萬/年;

Annual rental allowance of 24,000 yuan;

 

③青年人才聘期內(nèi)納入學(xué)校“預(yù)聘-長聘”制度管理,根據(jù)相關(guān)規(guī)定可以申請長聘和入編;

The candidates will be included in the pre-employment system of SCNU and can apply for permanent employment and public institution staffing quota according to the relevant regulations;

④青年人才聘期內(nèi)取得的業(yè)績成果,納入學(xué)校高端代表性業(yè)績成果,另行予以獎勵;

The candidates who have excellent performance in the term evaluation can apply one-year extension and gain the reward of Level I / II Young Talents by their academic results;

⑦學(xué)校設(shè)有“學(xué)院-部處-學(xué)校”三級人才工作專班,為符合條件的海外人才提供全面的項目申報指導(dǎo)。入選國家引才項目的海外人才,根據(jù)所申報的項目和層次,可以享受國家、廣東省、學(xué)校三級補(bǔ)助。

To the qualified oversea candidates, SCNU has set up three-level (School-Ministry-University) special work group which provides full-scale guidance for project application. Any oversea candidates selected in the national talent introduction program can enjoy subsides from the national, provincial and university level based on the specific project and funding level.

①獲得數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、大數(shù)據(jù)管理與應(yīng)用、統(tǒng)計、數(shù)學(xué)、計量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域博士學(xué)位;

Gained doctoral degree in in digital economy, big data management and application, statistics, mathematics, econometrics, etc.

 

②以第一作者、通訊作者或字母序作者取得本學(xué)科代表性成果1項或以上。 

Candidates have obtained one or more representative results of the discipline as first author, corresponding author or alphabetical author.

薪酬待遇(Rewards)

①聘用人員納入學(xué)校預(yù)聘制人員管理,為非事業(yè)編制,實行合同管理。

The hired personnel are included in the school's pre-appointed personnel management, are non-permanent staff.

 

②工資薪金項目、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)根據(jù)所聘崗位類別及等級參照學(xué)校事業(yè)編制人員有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

The items and standards of wages and salaries are implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the SCNU's permanent staff according to the category and level of the position hired.

 

③依法參加養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療、工傷、失業(yè)、生育等社會保險和繳存住房公積金,享受相應(yīng)待遇。

2.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)相關(guān)學(xué)科的研究小組,積極開展合作或個人研究,為國際商學(xué)院的高質(zhì)量研究做出貢獻(xiàn);

Lead research groups of related disciplines, actively carry out cooperative or individual research, and make contributions to the high-quality research of the International Business College;

 

3.在頂級同行評審期刊上發(fā)表研究成果;

Publish research results in top peer-reviewed journals;

 

4.其他促進(jìn)學(xué)院發(fā)展的工作。

Other work to promote the development of IBC.

The candidate’s resume, including education experience, research project undertaken in recent five years and published papers (indicate the inclusion of SCI, EI, SSCI, CSSCI, journal impact factor and number of other citations);
