一、學(xué)院介紹

南京大學(xué)集成電路學(xué)院是南京大學(xué)在蘇州校區(qū)首批建設(shè)的學(xué)院之一，以一級交叉學(xué)科“集成電路科學(xué)與工程”為依托，致力于解決集成電路材料、器件、設(shè)計及制造等領(lǐng)域重大科學(xué)問題，開展前沿性和戰(zhàn)略性基礎(chǔ)研究，培養(yǎng)高端人才，服務(wù)國家重大需求，助力集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

南京大學(xué)集成電路科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科是全國首批一級學(xué)科博士點，入選“十四五”江蘇省重點學(xué)科。擁有國家集成電路產(chǎn)教融合創(chuàng)新平臺、自旋電子器件與技術(shù)全國重點實驗室、江蘇省集成電路先進制程工程技術(shù)聯(lián)合實驗室、光電材料與芯片技術(shù)教育部工程研究中心等研究平臺。學(xué)科擁有一流的師資隊伍，現(xiàn)有專任教師80余人，其中中國科學(xué)院院士1人、國家級高層次人才計劃13人、國家級青年人才計劃22人。

 

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)集成電路學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘優(yōu)秀人才。本次擬招聘崗位以準聘副教授和準聘助理教授為主，崗位總數(shù)原則上不超過若干名；特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才可一事一議。招聘研究方向包括：

I. The School of Integrated Circuits

The School of Integrated Circuits at Nanjing University, established as part of the first group on the Suzhou Campus, leverages the newly approved interdisciplinary field of "Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering". This discipline draws on Nanjing University's strengths in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electronics, and Information Science, supported initially by the School of Electronic Science and Engineering. The school focuses on addressing fundamental scientific and engineering challenges in integrated circuit devices design and manufacturing. It aims to cultivate talents in basic integrated circuit skills, engineering, innovation, and leadership, thereby supporting the sustainable growth of integrated circuit science, technology, and industry.

The Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering discipline at Nanjing University hosts one of the first government-approved, first-level doctoral programs in this field. The faculty includes over 80 full-time teachers, 2 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 13 recipients of the national high-level talents special support program, and 22 young top-notch talents national support program selectees. We established the “National Integrated Circuit Industry-Education Integration Innovation Platform.” and was recognized as a key Jiangsu Province discipline during the “14th Five-Year Plan”. We were approved to build the Jiangsu Provincial Integrated Circuit Advanced Process Engineering Technology Joint Laboratory, among the first in Jiangsu Province. We also established the State Key Laboratory of Spintronic Devices and Technology and Engineering Research Center for Optoelectronic Materials and Microchip Technologies of Ministry of Education.

 

II. The Positions

The School of Integrated Circuits is seeking to recruit young scholars eager to pursue a career in Engineering. The application process is open to scholars worldwide. Our current vacancies primarily include tenure-track assistant professor and tenure-track associate professor positions. Additionally, higher positions are available for exceptionally outstanding scholars, and these applications will be considered on an individual basis. III. Conditions for Application

The applicant should

1.    Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;

2.    Adhere to teacher ethics, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or history of breaching teaching ethics or academic integrity;

3.    Possess a strong academic background, specifically a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience at leading teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends in the relevant research field(s). Assistant Professor candidates should have more than two years of academic research experience post-PhD. Associate Professor candidates should have over four years of such experience;

4.    Exhibit outstanding teaching abilities, including the capability to teach core and advanced courses in the corresponding discipline, sound teaching methodology, and strong verbal skills;

5.    Demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development.
