崗位1：全球治理，教研系列副教授

清華大學(xué)國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)系現(xiàn)面向海內(nèi)外公開誠(chéng)聘教研系列副教授1人。招聘領(lǐng)域：國(guó)際政治/全球治理，特別是科技、環(huán)境、法律與政治、安全的交叉研究。

要求能在國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際發(fā)表高質(zhì)量學(xué)術(shù)論文與著作，每學(xué)年按學(xué)校規(guī)定開設(shè)面向中英文項(xiàng)目研究生與本科生的課程，指導(dǎo)中英文項(xiàng)目研究生與本科生。

 

資格條件：

1、在國(guó)內(nèi)外大學(xué)獲得國(guó)際關(guān)系相關(guān)學(xué)科的博士學(xué)位；

2、具有一定的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能勝任相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的課程教學(xué)和學(xué)生指導(dǎo)；

3、發(fā)表和出版高水平的學(xué)術(shù)論文和論著；

4、身心健康、師德師風(fēng)良好、有良好的職業(yè)道德。

The Department of International Relations at Tsinghua University invites applicants for a faculty position at the rank of associate professor in the fields of Global governance. Recruitment judgement will be made in line with Codes of Professional Conduct and ethics in teaching.

 

Qualified candidates who are interested in either position need to provide:

崗位2：國(guó)家安全、全球治理領(lǐng)域教學(xué)系列講師

清華大學(xué)國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)系大力推進(jìn)國(guó)際碩士項(xiàng)目和國(guó)際化教學(xué)。自2011年起，獨(dú)立創(chuàng)辦“中國(guó)政治與對(duì)外政策英文碩士”（CPFP）。自 2013 年起，與美國(guó)約翰· 霍普金斯大學(xué)高級(jí)國(guó)際問題研究院（SAIS）聯(lián)合開設(shè)全球政治與經(jīng)濟(jì)的雙碩士學(xué)位項(xiàng)目（TSDM）。2022年起開設(shè)國(guó)內(nèi)第一個(gè)國(guó)際事務(wù)專業(yè)碩士項(xiàng)目?，F(xiàn)面向海內(nèi)外公開誠(chéng)聘教學(xué)系列講師，承擔(dān)“全球地緣政治”“國(guó)際關(guān)系史”“環(huán)境治理與氣候政策”“國(guó)別地區(qū)研究”等研究生課程；面向本科生開設(shè)“國(guó)際安全概論”“中國(guó)外交史”等課程。

教學(xué)系列申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)：

1.熱愛教育事業(yè)，遵守教師職業(yè)道德、師德師風(fēng)良好。

2.具有國(guó)際關(guān)系、國(guó)際事務(wù)等領(lǐng)域博士學(xué)位，且具有較為豐富的助教經(jīng)歷或主講課程的教學(xué)經(jīng)歷，教學(xué)效果良好。

3.具有能反映個(gè)人明確教學(xué)理念、良好課程教學(xué)結(jié)果、創(chuàng)新教學(xué)方法、優(yōu)良課程效果或規(guī)范教學(xué)資料的相關(guān)成果。如：在期刊或會(huì)議上發(fā)表教學(xué)論文、參與編寫教學(xué)資料、獲院級(jí)（含）以上教學(xué)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、其他相關(guān)資料或證明等。

The Department of International Relations is seeking a lecturer worldwide to teach a series of courses such as: “Global Geopolitics”, “History of International Relations”, “Environmental Governance and Climate Policies”, and “International and Regional Studies” (postgraduate courses), as well as “An Introduction to International Security” and “A Diplomatic History of China” (undergraduate courses).

 

Applicant Requirements:

1.Be passionate about education, observe the professional ethics of teachers, and maintain ethical cleanliness in the capacity of a teacher.

2.Hold a doctorate degree in International Relations, International Affairs, Sociology, Anthropology, Philosophy of Science and Technology, Technology and Society, Psychology, or Political Science, have rich teaching experience as a teaching assistant or in the courses of interest, and produce good teaching effects.

3.Make achievements that can reflect personal clear teaching philosophy, good course teaching results, innovative teaching methods, excellent course teaching effects or standardized teaching materials. Examples: publication of any teaching paper in any journal or conference; participation in the compilation of teaching materials, winning of teaching awards at the college level or above; other relevant materials or supporting documents.

2.Statement of personal achievements in education and teaching;

3.Two letters of recommendation from experts;

4.Other supporting materials as proofs of personal teaching ability.
